Q. How much can I borrow?

A. Every lender has their own criteria, in 99% of cases I will find a lender to lend you the money you need.

Q. I am self-employed – what can I do?

A. Lenders are sympathetic to your needs & all will look at your situation individually. Call me to discuss your requirements.

Q. I am a first time buyer with no deposit – what can I do?

A. Can your family help? Family members are permitted to help with deposits by making gifts, please message for more information.

Q. I am heavily in debt with loans & credit cards, I am struggling to pay each month – what can I do?

A. Debt is not uncommon these days – I treat each case individually working to dramatically reduce your monthly out-goings to a more manageable amount.

Q. I have early repayment charges with my existing mortgage lender but need some more money – what can I do?

A. I have numerous routes to ensure you will not have to pay in-house Penalties, call me to discuss your requirements.

Q. What information do I need to provide?

A. Proof of earnings in the form of last three months payslips and three months bank statements as the most important thing is your personal affordability.
